Dear Mission Member, 

Thank you for joining this exciting mission trip to Saint Peter the Martyr Parish in Pamplona, Cagayan Valley, Philippines.  

 

We are thrilled to have you on board and can't wait to see the impact we’ll make together. 

 

We will be creating a whatsapp chat group if not already, which will serve as our primary communication channel for information and clarifications about the mission trip.  
 
Please keep the messages focused on mission-related topics only to ensure everyone stays updated and organized. 

 

Below is some information and points of administration for your action. Please feel free to

Key Information 

Mission Fees 

The mission fee of S$400 per missionary, which covers: 

  1. Most Meals during the mission 

  2. All transportation relevant to the mission 

  3. A pilgrimage to the Shrine of Our Lady of Piat in Philippines

  4. Hotel accommodation for 5 days and 4 nights in Pamplona and Cagayan

  5. Incidentals for activities at Saint Peter the Martyr Parish

  6. Any surplus will be used to support the cause. 

 

Payment Details 

To secure your spot, please transfer the mission fee as soon as possible via PayNow to UEN number 53451172D.

After making the payment, kindly send me a screenshot for confirmation.

Pilgrimage 

On the 4th day of the mission, we will relocate to another hotel in Cagayan for our 

pilgrimage to the Minor Basilica of Our Lady of Piat, a renowned shrine dedicated to the Blessed Mother. Known as the “Mother of Cagayan,”

 

Our Lady of Piat has interceded for countless miracles and blessings.

During the pilgrimage, we will:

  • Offer thanksgiving prayers for the success of our mission.

  • Present sealed petitions to Our Blessed Mother, seeking her intercession for healing, reconciliation, financial difficulties, and other needs.

  • Pray for the people of Pamplona and our loved ones back home.

Flights 

Airfare is not included and is currently at S$350 for a return ticket.

 

Please book your flights as soon as possible to enjoy lower fares.

Packing for Donations 

Please reserve at 20 kg of baggage allowance to help carry donated items. We aim to bring: 

 

Preloved items in excellent condition, new or like-new items, such as: 

  1. Sanitary Pads 

  2. Sports equipment e.g. football, badminton rackets  

  3. Notebooks and stationery  

  4. Clothing (for children and adults), blankets, eating utensils  

  5. Shoes 

  6. Toys 

  7. Chocolates 

 

If you have any of these or other items you think might be suitable, please private message me with photos. Our Gifts Team will review and confirm what to bring. 

To respect the dignity of the community, please ensure that they are in good condition e.g. no stains, tears, missing parts, screws, requiring batteries, very old, very formal, very used, notebooks that are partly written, unwashed clothing. As a guide ... not something we would not use ourselves. Thank you for your donations. 🙏   

Collapsible Travel Bag

If you have an empty luggage on the return trip and don't want to pay for check-in luggage, you may want to purchase one of these Expandable Luggage from any e-commerce platform. They cost around S$20 and can be folded into your carry-on luggage after the Mission.​​​​​​​​
